HR Officer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The HR Officer will support Servier’s operations in Saudi Arabia by ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with local labor regulations, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. This position reports to the regional HR team and works closely with hiring managers and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for KSA positions, including advertising, screening, interviewing and building talent pipelines while meeting Saudization requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for HR third‑party agencies and ensure all employee records comply with Saudi labor law.
• Oversee onboarding, visa, work permit and Iqama procedures, and coordinate hardware/software readiness for new hires.
• Maintain employee data on government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI and Muqeem, and handle contract creation, updates and terminations.
• Conduct off‑boarding activities, including exit interviews and government system updates.
• Provide first‑line support for employee queries, drive local engagement events and well‑being initiatives.
• Prepare HR‑related financial reports, track payroll, GOSI, HRDF and other statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, support audits and monitor Saudization progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• 1–2 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
