Human Capital Assistant Manager – Saudi National Talent

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Assistant Manager focusing on Saudi National Talent at Jumeirah The Red Sea. The role supports the HR function by maintaining accurate colleague records, managing recruitment, and enhancing employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS to ensure accurate colleague records and timely updates.
• Conduct interviews for positions ranging from entry‑level to middle‑manager (grade 10‑7) across all departments.
• Update both digital and physical employee files.
• Manage colleagues’ accommodation requirements.
• Plan and execute colleague engagement activities.
• Liaise with government agencies and process all required documentation, licenses, and permits.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or an international equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent (preferred).
• 5‑8 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
