Import & Export Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Import & Export Specialist to support our plant’s international shipment activities. You will ensure the smooth movement of raw materials, finished goods, and maintenance items across borders while maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end import and export logistics operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipment execution.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, courier partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, certifications, permits, and submissions on platforms such as Saber and FASAH.
• Track shipment status and provide regular operational updates to stakeholders.
• Support international product, raw material, and maintenance‑related shipments.
• Partner with HR, operations, and plant leadership to sustain business continuity.
• Provide administrative support including purchase order management and internal communications.
• Assist with HR processes and cover administrative duties during staff absences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail, FMCG or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Native Arabic speaker and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
