IT Technician (Hardware & Software)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware, software, and network devices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
• Handle software installation, updates, and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Coordinate with project teams and end‑users for IT support activities.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation records.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science or a related diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware and software support.
• Experience in facility‑management projects is preferred.
• Saudi Arabian or Gulf experience is a plus.
• Medically and physically fit to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good command of English (spoken, reading & writing).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
