Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Gulf Associates is seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our advisory team on a major logistics project in the GCC. This fully remote, full‑time position will involve organizing and interpreting operational data from a client’s fleet and distribution centers to inform high‑level commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize and clean messy data sets provided by logistics partners.
• Maintain and update routine dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Validate commercial data for senior partners' briefings and client meetings.
• Write concise summaries that highlight data trends and gaps.
• Assist in building visualizations for deal economics.
• Conduct basic audit checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare data exports for commercial judgment sessions.

Required profile

• Completed degree or final‑year status in finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong logical mindset with interest in regional business dynamics.
• Excellent written communication, able to explain numbers clearly.
• Reliable internet access and ability to manage a fully remote schedule.
• High attention to detail when handling commercial figures.
