Lead Specialist – Control Platform

About the role

The Lead Specialist, Control Platform II will partner with the Enterprise Architecture Director to shape and enforce architecture standards across data, AI, OT and core systems. This senior role bridges domain, platform and solution teams, ensuring that designs are consistent, scalable and aligned with the enterprise vision.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Architecture direction by developing and maintaining principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Translate architecture roadmaps into actionable guidance for domain, platform and solution architects.
• Participate in architecture reviews, identify fragmentation or technical‑debt risks and escalate as needed.
• Apply integration patterns and reference architectures to enable end‑to‑end interoperability across IT, OT, data and digital environments.
• Collaborate with domain and platform architects, acting as a coordination point between delivery teams and architecture governance.
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts such as diagrams, standards and design guidelines, and communicate decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in solution, domain or enterprise architecture roles within large, complex technology environments.
• Experience in industrial, mining or other asset‑intensive settings is preferred.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability with a focus on cross‑domain impact and architecture governance.
