Master Planning Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the role

The Master Planning Monitoring & Reporting Engineer will lead the design and management of water supply and wastewater systems for urban projects in Saudi Arabia. This role combines technical analysis, feasibility studies, and stakeholder coordination to ensure sustainable and compliant infrastructure delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee water distribution networks, sewage collection and treatment systems, and stormwater management solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies assessing environmental impact, economic viability, technical constraints, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse population growth, land‑use patterns, and transportation demands to optimise infrastructure layout.
• Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations, securing necessary permits.
• Collaborate with urban planners, architects, government agencies, and community representatives to develop integrated solutions.
• Utilise data analysis and modelling techniques to predict system performance and support strategic planning decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, civil engineering, or urban planning from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in master planning of water and wastewater services.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal abilities.
