Master & Reference Data Management Consultant

About the role

The Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Informatica MDM and RDM solutions. The role ensures trusted, consistent, and governed master and reference data across enterprise systems by establishing data models, governance controls, matching and survivorship rules, and data quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM and RDM solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise master data models and reference data structures.
• Manage key master data domains such as Customers, Products, Suppliers, Vendors, Assets, and Organizational Data.
• Develop matching, merging, survivorship, and Golden Record creation rules.
• Implement data governance controls, stewardship workflows, and approval processes.
• Integrate MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, databases, and analytical platforms.
• Monitor data quality metrics, compliance requirements, and governance KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management or a related discipline.
• Informatica MDM certification and CDMP or Data Governance certification.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM/RDM implementations.
• Proven experience defining master data governance frameworks and business processes.
