Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Fitness Trainer specialized in Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to join our Riyadh club. The trainer will deliver high‑impact, customized fitness programs that help clients achieve their health and performance goals while upholding the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate fitness level, goals and health considerations.
• Design and deliver personalized EMS‑based training sessions aligned with each client’s objectives.
• Monitor progress through regular performance evaluations and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain strict health, safety and hygiene protocols during all sessions.
• Provide motivation, coaching and ongoing support to maximise client engagement and retention.
• Keep accurate client records in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, EMS technology advancements and best‑practice training methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid personal trainer certification from a recognised organisation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs).
• Proven experience in personal training with a focus on EMS‑based systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Arabic preferred).
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to safety, ethics and client service.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
