Principal Engagement Manager

About the role

Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group (DSG) is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor for C‑suite leaders in regulated industries. You will partner with enterprise sales teams to shape digital transformation strategies, co‑create future customer experiences, and build compelling business cases that drive Adobe’s strategic enterprise opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with senior executives across financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare and the public sector to define and champion digital transformation roadmaps.
• Co‑create “north star” experience visions and identify the capabilities needed to deliver them.
• Develop value‑based narratives and quantified business cases that demonstrate the economic impact of Adobe solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, solution consultants, and partners to accelerate complex deals and position Adobe as a strategic transformation partner.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership and work across product, consulting and ecosystem teams to deliver high‑impact engagements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working with organisations in regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare or the public sector.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends, customer experience, digital marketing and data‑enabled engagement.
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite audiences and translate complex concepts into clear strategic narratives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of structuring complex challenges and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Experience in consultative selling, value storytelling and cross‑functional collaboration on large enterprise opportunities.
