Project Manager (Construction & Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate large‑scale construction and engineering projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor detailed execution plans.
• Read and analyse technical drawings and reports.
• Manage contracts, claims, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Conduct cost analysis and oversee cash‑flow management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred or required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience using Project Management Systems.
