About the role
The Regional Commercial Controller is responsible for overseeing financial activities and transactions across the assigned region, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and alignment with international standards. This role supports business continuity, drives process improvements, and safeguards financial integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day financial operations to ensure continuity of work.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, leveraging international best practices.
- Prepare timely and accurate accounting and controlling reports in line with company policies.
- Reconcile daily sales activity and close sales accounts each day.
- Monitor credit levels and oversee accounts‑receivable collections, ensuring policy adherence.
- Implement and strengthen financial controls across the region, correcting weak points.
- Control and analyze regional expenses to ensure compliance with the approved budget.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- 3–5 years in a similar commercial controller role within the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
