About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead the preparation and presentation of high‑quality staff meals, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. This full‑time position is based at Conrad Riyadh and supports Hilton’s commitment to exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present high‑quality staff food in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain clean, tidy work areas and prevent cross‑contamination.
- Ensure all mise‑en‑place is ready for each menu service.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and uphold strong working relationships.
- Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues and comply with all health, fire, and security regulations.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- NVQ Level 1 (required) and NVQ Level 2 (advantageous).
- Previous kitchen experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Basic Food Hygiene knowledge.
