Return Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Return Officer to join our operations team. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end process for returned items, ensuring accurate inspection, documentation, and system updates while coordinating closely with warehouse, inventory, QA and returns teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned items, quantities and accompanying documentation.
• Inspect, classify and record the condition of each returned product.
• Update return transactions accurately in the company’s system.
• Communicate any discrepancies to Warehouse, Inventory, QA and Returns teams.
• Maintain complete and organized records for all return activities.
• Follow established SOPs and safety procedures throughout the handling process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
