About the role

CreatorLab is a fast‑growing digital media agency that partners with TikTok creators and live streamers. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify active TikTok creators and reach out via TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms.
• Initiate conversations, move prospects to WhatsApp or phone, and explain the benefits of joining our agency.
• Convince creators to sign up, onboard them, and maintain regular follow‑up.
• Manage leads and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable contacting new people daily.
• Organised, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
