Customer Representative – Women Health

About the role

Organon is seeking a Customer Representative to join its Women Health sales team in Jeddah. You will act as a clinical and product liaison for healthcare providers, delivering educational resources, training programs, and product information to support patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Close direct sales of women‑health products to meet individual and team targets.
• Develop and manage lead‑generation plans to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers, answering product‑related questions.
• Build rapport with customers by probing needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Fresh graduate preferred or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Saudi national, based in Jeddah.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and driven to excel.
