About the role
We are looking for a proactive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our office. The role involves handling correspondence, managing documents, and coordinating meetings across several departments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare official letters, memos, reports and other administrative documents.
- Maintain filing systems and manage email communications.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement and Administration departments.
- Receive visitors and manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in secretarial, administrative or executive support roles.
- Strong Arabic writing ability for official correspondence.
- Basic to business‑level proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience using email and maintaining filing systems.
