Security Services Manager

About the role

The Security Services Manager will lead the security function across industrial facilities, ensuring safety standards are met, incidents are managed efficiently, and continuous improvement is embedded in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations, including access control and incident response.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Lead and develop security teams through training, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external contractors, and government entities.
• Monitor key performance indicators, track incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Support project activities such as mobilization, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, PMO methodologies, or data & reporting within a security or industrial context.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
