Senior Business Development Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Enterprise Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead its Riyadh Overseas Centre. The role supports Singapore companies expanding into Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait, and promotes Singapore as a global trade and innovation hub.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and facilitate market entry opportunities for Singapore firms across the Middle East.
• Monitor the business environment and produce sector‑specific market intelligence and reports.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities by tracking growth areas and emerging trends.
• Plan and execute marketing trips, business missions and related activities.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with government agencies, local partners and industry stakeholders.
• Support the Regional Director on strategic initiatives and regional priorities.
• Travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and to neighbouring markets for stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, market analysis or related fields.
• Strong understanding of international trade, investment and joint‑venture models.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
