Senior Civil BIM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil BIM Engineer to lead the modelling, coordination and delivery of civil and infrastructure BIM works across major projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating high‑level BIM models for roads, highways, bridges, utilities and site works while ensuring clash detection, standards compliance and effective support to construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain constructible Civil 3D / Revit models to LOD 300‑500 for roads, highways, bridges, water, sewer, stormwater, TSE, grading and site works.
• Integrate survey/COGO data, alignments, corridors, profiles, surfaces and civil interfaces into the BIM environment.
• Lead federated model coordination using Navisworks Manage / Autodesk Construction Cloud, identify and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
• Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards, naming conventions, work‑sharing and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Conduct model QA/QC, validate coordinates, parameters, model health and data exports.
• Produce model‑based shop drawings, traffic diversion plans, quantity take‑offs, earthwork volumes and 4D sequencing information.
• Support as‑built/record model development, field verification, RFIs and construction sequencing.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of experience in civil infrastructure BIM.
• Hands‑on expertise with Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia.
