Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge client needs, product strategy, and engineering execution. In this individual‑contributor role you will design scalable solution architectures, prototype high‑impact solutions, and ensure smooth transition to production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures aligned with client requirements and platform capabilities.
• Conduct technical discovery workshops, fit‑gap analyses, and client‑facing technical demonstrations.
• Develop rapid prototypes, proof‑of‑value pilots, and production‑ready workflows and integrations.
• Engineer deployment components and ensure operational readiness for large‑scale roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap improvements and provide architecture guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or forward deployment.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Hands‑on experience delivering prototypes, pilots, and production implementations.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams; master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
