Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of sophisticated visual concepts across branding, campaigns, digital platforms, corporate communications, events and marketing materials. The role blends strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution to translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, brands, events and digital initiatives.
• Design high-quality assets for both digital and print channels, including key visuals, social media content, advertising, presentations, brochures, reports, infographics and event collateral.
• Maintain and evolve visual identities, brand systems and design guidelines across projects.
• Translate briefs and communication strategies into effective design solutions while ensuring brand consistency.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, manage technical specifications for digital publishing and print production, and liaise with production teams.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, multimedia designers, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the creative process.
• Review visual materials, provide feedback and ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with approved direction.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and support junior designers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding or advertising.
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and contemporary design practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage several projects at once.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual work.
