Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual concepts for product advertising, promotional kits and digital media. The role combines creative design work with leadership of the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and layouts for printed and digital media that reflect brand identity and product values.
• Lead and supervise the graphic design team, ensuring all deliverables meet Exa’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design packaging solutions and marketing collateral from concept to final production.
• Monitor design schedules, provide progress reports and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain an archived visual database, including color corrections, for business use.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant design field.
• 4‑6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train, coach and delegate tasks to sub‑ordinates while maintaining morale.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience improving business processes.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
