Senior Growth & Content Lead

About the role

Rwaj, a live‑commerce platform serving the Middle East, is seeking a hands‑on Senior Growth & Content Lead. You will drive brand awareness, create engaging bilingual content, manage social channels, and support user‑growth campaigns across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Produce videos, images, reels, and other digital assets using AI and lightweight design tools.
• Develop Arabic and English copy for social posts, app notifications, emails, newsletters, and marketplace announcements.
• Manage daily activity on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including scheduling, publishing, and community interaction.
• Support growth campaigns for seller acquisition, buyer engagement, livestream attendance, and app activity, including paid media execution.
• Assist with push notifications, newsletters, and promotional messaging to retain users.
• Track content performance, audience growth, and campaign results; produce weekly insight reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer who thrives on execution rather than only planning.
• Fast‑paced work style with the ability to create content independently.
• Deep understanding of e‑commerce, marketplaces, social commerce, and GCC consumer behavior.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong copywriting skills.
