About the role
Almarai is seeking a Senior HR Assistant to support its Divisional HR team in Abha. The role involves handling a range of HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies across the division.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with staffing processes, policy implementation, and employee onboarding.
- Manage documentation for holidays, medical services, payroll, terminations, and accommodation.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports using the company’s HR systems.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Supervisor on completed activities.
Required profile
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Fair proficiency in English.
- Strong data entry and analytical abilities.

- General MS Office proficiency
