About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior HR Assistant to support its Divisional HR team in Abha. The role involves handling a range of HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies across the division.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with staffing processes, policy implementation, and employee onboarding.
  • Manage documentation for holidays, medical services, payroll, terminations, and accommodation.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports using the company’s HR systems.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR Supervisor on completed activities.

Required profile

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Fair proficiency in English.
  • Strong data entry and analytical abilities.
