Senior Manufacturing Team Manager – Al Kharj

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Team Manager to support the Blow Moulding Plant Manager in delivering cost‑effective, timely and efficient operations while maintaining high‑quality product standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Blow Moulding Plant Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure cost‑effective, timely and efficient production processes.
• Maintain high product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role within the plastic industry.
• Strong competency in plastic processing and knowledge of industry norms.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, continuous improvement, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and industrial engineering principles.
• Experience in the production of cultured products is preferred.
