Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead Schneider Electric projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all contractual, technical, quality, and safety standards. You will act as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project execution from kickoff to final acceptance and close‑out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Control scope, cost, and schedule in line with contractual requirements.
• Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Manage change orders, variations, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Produce performance reports, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience with Schneider Electric solutions in the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts, and customer‑facing delivery.
