Senior Specialist, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance

About the role

The Senior Specialist will support and execute investor relations and corporate governance activities for the company and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Director, the role serves as a key liaison with major shareholders, the board, and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate disclosures.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the major shareholder’s office on governance submissions, information requests, and approvals.
• Monitor the shareholder register and ownership changes via Edaa and Saudi Exchange reports, briefing management on movements.
• Prepare investor presentations, results materials, fact sheets, and IR web content in Arabic and English for Director review.
• Handle shareholder and investor enquiries, logging and responding within policy, and escalating sensitive matters.
• Draft Saudi Exchange announcements (financial results, material developments, related‑party transactions, general assembly notices) and coordinate filing within CMA deadlines.
• Maintain the disclosure calendar, insiders register, and closed‑period processes.
• Prepare the annual Board of Directors report and governance disclosures in line with CMA regulations and Companies Law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate governance, board secretariat, investor relations or listed‑company compliance, including at least 2 years in a Saudi Exchange‑listed or CMA‑regulated entity.
• Hands‑on experience with a full general assembly cycle and Saudi Exchange announcements.
• Working knowledge of Companies Law, CMA Corporate Governance Regulations, and Saudi Exchange listing rules.
• Professional drafting quality in Arabic and English.
• Saudi national.
