Senior System Analyst – Cortex Reconciliation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to lead the Cortex Reconciliation system for our Riyadh office. The role involves managing end‑to‑end reconciliation processes for cards, ATM, POS and e‑commerce transactions while ensuring compliance with major payment network rules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the Cortex Reconciliation system, including BAU activities, enhancements and vendor coordination.
• Oversee daily reconciliation and settlement for Cards, ATM, POS and e‑commerce channels.
• Handle chargebacks, disputes and transaction discrepancy investigations.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, conduct UAT/SIT and drive implementations.
• Ensure compliance with Visa, MasterCard and MADA regulations.
• Participate in the full SDLC, change‑management processes and system upgrades.
• Provide production support in a high‑volume transaction environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in system analysis or related roles within payments or banking.
• Proactive attitude, continuous learning mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of payment network rules (Visa, MasterCard, MADA) and reconciliation processes.
• Experience delivering projects through SDLC, change management and system upgrade cycles.
