Site Doctor – Occupational Health & Emergency Medical Services

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is seeking a Site Doctor to deliver occupational health and emergency medical services for its exploration and refining operations in Riyadh. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the doctor will ensure workforce safety, manage the on‑site clinic and support the company’s Vision 2030 growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate emergency medical treatment and trauma stabilization for employees and contractors.
• Conduct pre‑employment and periodic medical examinations to assess fitness for hazardous work.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including pharmaceutical and equipment inventory.
• Identify health risks linked to mining and refining processes and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and liaise with external hospitals for advanced care.
• Deliver first‑aid and health‑awareness training to site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health and SFDA regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly health statistics and reports to the HSE Manager and authorities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid Saudi medical license.
• Experience operating in clinical and remote field environments.
• Ability to report directly to the HSE Manager and work within a multidisciplinary team.
