Registered Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

The Registered Nurse delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. Working closely with physicians and the healthcare team, the RN assesses health needs, develops individualized care plans, and ensures accurate medical records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical exams, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection surveillance.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow established emergency protocols.
• Maintain infection‑control standards, including hand hygiene and PPE use.
• Support junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and supervision.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification and active nursing license.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
