Site Engineer – Civil (GIS Substation Projects)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead civil execution for 380kV GIS substation projects. You will supervise all on‑site construction activities, ensure strict adherence to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil works for 380kV GIS substations, including foundations, cable trenches, control buildings, boundary walls, roads, and drainage.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with SEC approved drawings, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support inspections and RFIs.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in substation civil construction.
• Mandatory experience on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects.
• Strong knowledge of GIS substations, civil execution, and SEC standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and effectively coordinate site activities.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
