Site Engineer - Civil

About the role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to lead the execution of EHV Over‑Head Transmission Line projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering the assigned section on time, within budget, and in compliance with EHS and QAQC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and enforce the construction programme, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Manage procurement, storage, manpower planning and sub‑contractor coordination.
• Handle technical, contractual and commercial matters including submittals, invoicing, payment collection and variations.
• Assess and allocate work to subcontractors and RMC vendors based on capability, schedule and safety commitment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical drawings, equipment lists and specifications for easy access.
• Implement the project’s Quality Assurance and EHS plan on site.
• Promote an ethical, professional work culture and address critical issues proactively.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in execution of EHV Over‑Head Transmission Line projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale civil construction sites and subcontractor teams.
• Strong understanding of EHS and QAQC procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
