Strategy & Transformation Associate Advisor

About the role

The Strategy & Transformation Associate Advisor supports the delivery of strategy and transformation projects, working under senior team members to conduct research, analyse data and produce client‑facing outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of strategy and transformation workstreams.
• Conduct research, data gathering and benchmarking activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports and other client deliverables.
• Analyse business problems and develop structured insights.
• Create slides, dashboards and supporting materials.
• Assist senior colleagues in client workshops and meetings.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation.
• Translate raw data into basic insights and structured outputs.
• Coordinate internally across project teams.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing and internal learning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or business analysis.
• Previous internship or experience in a consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Saudi nationality.
