About the role
CBS is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and shape our talent strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partner with department heads, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve high performance.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent across various roles.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using HR software platforms.
