Technical Consultant – Structural Heart

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Technical Consultant specialized in Structural Heart to join its team in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting hospitals and physicians with product knowledge, clinical procedures and post‑implant patient management, with 60‑70 % travel across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Medtronic’s Structural Heart products and services to hospitals and key accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with physicians, surgeons and hospital staff.
• Provide technical and clinical support for procedures, including pre‑procedure planning, intra‑operative assistance and post‑implant follow‑up.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and on‑site education to healthcare professionals.
• Offer on‑call support and travel to customer clinics, hospitals and off‑site meetings.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance sales processes, product launches and clinical support pathways.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry or a hospital environment.
• Strong understanding of pain management and neuromodulation therapies.
• Experience supporting Structural Heart procedures such as TAVI and TPVI.
• Familiarity with operating‑theatre sterilization and radiation protocols.
