Training Center Manager

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is seeking a Training Center Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training programs for its exploration, mining, and refining operations in Riyadh. Reporting to the VP of HR, the manager will ensure the workforce meets the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting the company’s Vision 2030 localization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update technical curricula covering fire assay, refining processes, and exploration techniques.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental training to meet ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Partner with TVTC and local universities to create Saudization pathways for technical roles.
• Manage the annual training budget, evaluate vendor proposals, and allocate resources effectively.
• Implement competency matrices and practical assessments to verify operator proficiency.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for certification tracking and reporting.
• Prepare training documentation for internal and external LBMA/ISO audits.
• Ensure new hires complete mandatory inductions and role‑specific training before starting work.
• Analyze performance data to identify training gaps and proactively address them.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and negotiate contracts.
