Video Content Producer – Post‑Production Specialist

About the role

The Video Content Producer will bring KAUST’s research stories to life, turning raw footage into polished, brand‑aligned videos for digital and institutional channels. Working under the Multimedia and Brand Production Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end post‑production process, from concept to final delivery, and lead motion‑graphics and 2D animation work.

Key responsibilities

• Review production briefs, contribute to storyboards, mood boards and creative references.
• Coordinate with shoot teams on technical specifications and footage hand‑over.
• Edit and produce documentaries, interviews, promotional videos, research communications and social‑media clips.
• Apply transitions, visual effects, motion graphics and 2D animated sequences.
• Perform professional colour correction, colour grading and audio mixing.
• Prepare final assets for web, social platforms, YouTube, LED screens and other channels.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Upload, tag and organise assets in DAM systems and track tasks using Asana or similar tools.

Required profile

• Strong editorial judgement and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude in creative planning and stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime hours.
