Head of Content

About the role

Noble Horizon is looking for an experienced Head of Content to lead Saudi Living’s content strategy, editorial direction, and creative team. This hands‑on leader must understand Saudi Arabia’s audiences, culture, and digital landscape and turn that insight into relevant, engaging content. You will build a strong content function, grow the audience, and ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and delivery across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Saudi Living’s brand, audience, and business goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage content creators, writers, editors, and video talent, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.
• Own the editorial calendar across website, social media, video, and community channels.
• Oversee content covering life in Saudi Arabia, including lifestyle, events, local experiences, and community stories.
• Ensure all content is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand standards and applicable local requirements.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to deliver effective branded content and campaigns.
• Set and track content KPIs—audience growth, engagement, traffic, and delivery—and use insights to improve results.
• Build relationships with creators, contributors, brands, and community partners.
• Introduce practical tools, including AI, to improve content planning, production, and quality control.
• Take ownership of deadlines, team performance, and the delivery of agreed outcomes.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in digital content, editorial, media, or content marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s culture, audience preferences, and digital media landscape.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable audience growth.
• Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media, short‑form video, SEO, and content analytics.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with the ability to oversee content in both languages.
• Experience managing branded content and balancing editorial quality with commercial objectives.
• A proactive, collaborative leadership style with strong accountability and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Saudi market experience is essential; experience building or scaling a content team is preferred.
