Workforce Staffing Specialist – Jeddah

About the role

Amazon’s Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a dedicated specialist to support its operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will help design and execute labor acquisition strategies that attract diverse talent while controlling cost.

Key responsibilities

• Create data‑driven vision and scalable hiring strategies to lower cost per hire.
• Develop and implement labor acquisition plans, including employee class recommendations and talent pool conversion.
• Partner with site leadership across Operations, Finance, HR, and workflow teams to align staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly staffing performance metrics and forecast labor demand.
• Lead projects of increasing complexity and manage programs through completion.
• Set KPI benchmarks, monitor service level agreements, and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to conduct hiring events within the assigned geographic area.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with HR processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
