Academy Trainee (Saudi Nationals Only) - Riyadh

About the role

FTI Consulting offers a structured 12-month paid traineeship in Riyadh, launching on 22 November 2026. It is a bridge from university to full-time work, not a shadowing placement: trainees are salaried from day one, learn the same foundations as consultants and then apply them on real client projects. The programme is built around five learning blocks and eight core themes, with classroom and facilitated sessions followed by live client projects, and includes weekly cohort meetings, mentoring and holiday breaks.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an intensive launch block covering orientation, segments, working styles, ownership, communication, writing and presenting.
• Build core skills in business and finance fundamentals, critical thinking, Excel, data and AI.
• Join live client projects from early 2027, which become the main focus as the year progresses.
• Work across different segments of the firm and take on more independent responsibility as skills grow.
• Present back to the cohort weekly and complete a career capstone at the end of the programme.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Graduating in 2026, or graduated within the last three years.
• Degree in any discipline, with a strong academic record.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Able to commit to a full-time position for 12 months starting in November or December 2026, based in Riyadh.
• Curiosity, analytical mindset, interest in client work and a positive attitude; potential is valued over a specific degree.
