About the role
AstroLabs is seeking an Account Manager to lead HR, PRO and GRO services for its post‑setup business line in Riyadh. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience to a diverse portfolio of high‑growth companies operating in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth regulatory compliance.
- Oversee license renewals, Saudization initiatives and government portal management.
- Provide HR and PRO support to help clients scale their operations.
- Drive client retention, promote renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations or customer‑excellence roles with a track record of managing client portfolios.
- Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and capable of handling complex accounts independently.
- Strong customer service and sales skills to build relationships and drive renewals.
- Ambitious, ownership‑focused and committed to delivering excellence.
