Accountant – Finance Team (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Jeddah. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring compliance with local VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance with ZATCA requirements.
• Organise accounting documents and support internal and external audit requirements.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work.
