Accounting Manager – Al Khobar

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Al Khobar site in Saudi Arabia. The role leads the financial accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with local regulations, IFRS and group policies, and supports the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the financial accounting function, overseeing statutory and group accounting, month‑end book closing and reporting for all KSA entities.
• Prepare financial statements, income statements, balance sheets and analyse variances.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, IFRS, ALMEA and Group policies.
• Oversee cash management, investment of funds, risk management and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Coordinate payroll, bonus, leave and EOSB accounting in partnership with HR to meet Saudi labour regulations.
• Establish and monitor internal control procedures and accounting control systems.
• Forecast costs and financial affairs, maintaining asset custody and loan collateral records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial and cost accounting within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting regulations, IFRS and group reporting standards.
• Leadership capability to drive strategic direction within the finance department.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
