Accounts Payable

About the role

The Accounts Payable position is a core part of the Finance team at FAENA Movement, supporting the new FAENA The Red Sea project in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that all supplier invoices and purchase orders are processed accurately, on time, and in line with the company’s high standards of hospitality finance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and enter invoices and purchase orders, matching them against approved POs and receiving documents.
• Track payment due dates and process approved payments according to FAENA financial policies and vendor agreements.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for invoices, PO documentation and receipts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices and received goods or services.
• Respond to supplier inquiries professionally, providing timely resolutions.
• Reconcile vendor statements, prepare AP aging reports and variance analysis for finance leadership.
• Support internal and external audits by supplying required documentation and maintaining audit‑ready records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Cost Control, Receiving and Operations to align payment cycles, contract compliance and budgeting.
• Continuously seek improvements to AP efficiency, accuracy and innovation.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Strong coordination skills with purchasing, receiving and department leaders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and financial protocols.
• Commitment to health, safety and environment standards.
