About the role
The Fintech Associate will support the development, performance tracking, and execution of HungerStation’s fintech initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role spans lending, cards, wallets, and strategic financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and onboard fintech partners across lending, cards, wallets and other financial solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to inform new fintech initiatives and partnership decisions.
- Prepare business cases, partner evaluations, and internal recommendation decks.
- Track and report performance of assigned fintech products using defined metrics such as adoption, utilization, portfolio size and growth rate.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities, including partner relationship management, marketing campaigns, commercial negotiations and issue follow‑ups.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant fintech experience within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
