About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an Accounts Receivable professional and help ensure timely, accurate billing and payment collection while delivering the warm hospitality experience guests expect.

Key responsibilities

Generate and process accurate invoices and travel‑agent commissions.
Post charges and credits promptly, reconciling subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on payments, and maintain positive cash flow.
Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes.
Issue daily account statements and audit previous‑day transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Calculate monthly Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and support credit‑management reporting.
