Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to manage the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash cycle. The Accounts Receivable Officer will ensure billing, collections, and cash application are accurate, complete, and timely, supporting the airline’s cash flow and revenue integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate customer orders, generate invoices, and process adjustments.
• Apply customer payments, monitor aging balances, and support collections activities.
• Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies in coordination with sales, order management, operations, and finance teams.
• Contribute to month‑end closing, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across AR and Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit monitoring, billing, cash application, collections, dispute management, or order management.
• Working knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes and hands‑on experience supporting AR operations in a structured finance environment.
• Familiarity with credit control, risk assessment, customer account reconciliation, and audit support activities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
