AI Conversation Specialist – Saudi Arabic (Jizan)

About the role

We are seeking AI Conversation Specialists to support the development and improvement of AI models in Saudi Arabic (Jizan). This freelance, remote role involves creating realistic multi‑turn conversations to help train AI on business‑related topics.

Key responsibilities

• Review a scenario and identify the information or outcome to be explored.
• Write a 10–15‑turn conversation with AI, progressively developing the topic.
• Work on topics such as financial analysis, business reporting, research/policy evaluation, and data‑driven decision support.
• Conduct conversations in English and Saudi Arabic (Jizan) while maintaining logical flow and professional communication.

Required profile

• Native‑level speaker of Saudi Arabic (Jizan).
• Good command of English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and business mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Professional background in business/data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing (preferred).
• Ability to reason through scenarios and maintain logical, realistic conversations.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
