AI Engineer – Agentic AI Platforms (Jeddah)

About the role

Arabot is looking for an AI Engineer to join its team in Jeddah. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions using our proprietary agentic AI platform, Flair, and other leading tools. This role offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge semantic automation projects that combine AI with service fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Build and integrate AI agents on platforms such as n8n, Dify, and Flair.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services that support AI solutions.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with internal and external systems.
• Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI technologies and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with agentic AI platforms (e.g., n8n, Dify).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and AI orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
